KiKa (Kinderen Kankervrij) werft fondsen, die ten goede komen aan de zeven kinderkankercentra in Nederland: Emma Kinderziekenhuis AMC Amsterdam, UMC Groningen Koningin Beatrix Kinderkliniek, Willem-Alexander Kinder- en Jeugdcentrum Leiden, UMC St. Radboud Kinderziekenhuis Nijmegen, ErasmusMC - Sophia Kinderziekenhuis in Rotterdam, VU medisch centrum in Amsterdam, Wilhelmina Kinderziekenhuis Utrecht.

Om precies te zijn: aan onderzoek waarmee deze centra versneld therapieën beschikbaar willen maken voor een betere behandeling en genezing van kinderkanker. Minder pijn en strijd. En meer genezing en kwaliteit. Dat is waarvoor KiKa uw steun vraagt. Want kinderen met kanker worden liever gisteren beter dan vandaag.

KiKa (Children free of cancer) raises funds that benefit the seven pediatric cancer centers in the Netherlands: AMC Amsterdam, UMC Groningen Queen Beatrix Children's Clinic, Willem-Alexander Children's and Youth Center Leiden University Medical Center St. Radboud Children's Hospital Nijmegen, ErasmusMC - Sophia Children's Hospital in Rotterdam, VU Medical center in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Wilhelmina Children's Hospital.
To be precise: to support research centers offering accelerated therapies to make a better treatment and cure of childhood cancers possible. Less pain and struggle. And more healing and quality. That is why KiKa needs your support. Because children with cancer heal rather yesterday than today.

The Charity connected to my Coast to Coast adventure that is supported from the US is Inova Fairfax Hospital. As Northern Virginia’s only pediatric tertiary care center, Inova Fairfax Hospital for Children provides only the highest level of care for their young patients. Give a gift and change a life. Donations to the hospital make a difference every day in the lives of the children and families entrusted to their care. CIBER will match all donations made by a CIBER employee up to a total of 5K.
